The collection features two traditional, rich finishes. Heirloom is a rich brown Mahogany, and Albion is a hand applied gold-leaf (exclusive to Alexis Console).
Featured materials include ribbon stripe, cathedral and swirly Mahogany in exquisite decorative veneering and select hardwoods, with various materials on select pieces including leather, nailhead trim, brass accents, metal bases and marble tops. The hardware is custom designed, hand-cast solid brass with a polished finish. Regents Row uses lion head and lion pawn accents throughout, using the age-old process of “lost wax casting", which produces solid brass hardware with a level of detail found in fine jewelry and design elements like tufted leather, polished marble, and antique mirror. The drawer construction features English dovetails, wood runner and guides, drawer stop, and Lexington drawer plaque.Luxurious upholstered seating features inviting shapes, deep tufted leather, and carved silhouettes with an array of custom fabrics that include velvet, silk, and tapestries.
The 452-221 Coville Dresser features swirl mahogany drawer fronts creating a sophisticated backdrop for the lions head ring pull. Unique to this particular piece are the brass collars on the post and brass lion paw foot. The top is framed in highly figured brown stripe mahogany, and a black inlay line border with Tulipwood center. The four drawers provide function beneficial to many rooms, and we believe it is perfect as a nightstand next to the Coventry Leather Sleigh Bed.
The 452-951 Britianna End Table draws attention for many design elements. The ebony veneer is accented with a brass rim and nailhead trim, and frames a beveled glass insert giving a glimpse of the metal base. Inset brass stars provide additional accents. A brass lion head ring pull is showcased at the top of each of the four curved legs and finished with a lion paw at the floor. A matching oval cocktail table is also available.
The The Coventry Leather Sleigh Bed showcases a tufted headboard with channeled footboard and side rails all in dark espresso leather. Brass nailhead trim details the exposed wood base and side panels of the sleigh with a brass lions head ring pull. Available in Queen, King, and California King. This gorgeous bed is a great palette for textures, sensuous pillows with interesting tassel trims, various fabrics including nubby to smooth textures in similar colors or be dramatic with an updated traditional color ensemble. The bed is the center of attention but make sure it is well balanced in the room, using other Regents Row pieces to complete the ensemble.
Two dining table options in Regents Row include a Rectangular Double Pedestal 452-876C Wellsley (with two 20-inch leaves) or a 70-inch diameter single pedestal table, the 452-875C Brodsworth.
The 882/883-01 Townsend Upholstered Side and Arm Dining Chairs are available in Coventry leather only, a dark espresso. 881/882 Lewiston Side/Arm Chairs are standard in an ornate medallion on leopard print background or available in your choice of fabric– reference the price list for details.
The Britianna Tables in the Regents Row Collection include the 452–953 Cocktail and 452–951 End Tables. These gorgeous tables have glass inset tops with wood frames accented in ebony veneer with a brass rim and inset brass star accents. The base is metal with decorative lion ring pulls and lion paw ferrules.
