We were recently surprised (in a good way) when an article popped up in one of our favorite industry magazines, Internet Retailer, concerning inventory management. The article, entitled "The Right Message", by Senior Editor Thad Reuter, points out that inventory build-up is an issue for all successful online retailers such as Carolina Rustica.
